Job description - Own the territory KPI’s, which involves analysing performance statistics against contractual targets and identifying areas of best practise and facilitate process improvements - Ensure the smooth, efficient and cost effective launch and replenishment of titles to all served markets - Plan the processing of new releases as well as back catalogue titles in conjunction with the regional and corporate departments - Build, maintain and operate market operations within an optimised value chain - Monitor the manufacturing release schedules and sales forecasts to plan work requirements effectively - Oversee the capturing of historical back catalogue and new release shipping quantities - Proactively highlight and plan for potential capacity issues - Establish client operations as a strategic competency - Set the client operating objectives for regional operations efforts - Partner with other Market Operations Managers, Retail Operations and Supply Planning in areas of change management - Analyse business trends in country and provide insight if trend is differing - Drive cost reduction through business process changes, improved communication and 'ease of use' strategies Requirements: - Bachelors degree or equivilant - Proven experience in market operations, channel management, order management or demand management within the FMCG, Consumer Products or Pharmaceutical industry - Fluent in Italian language, communicative level of English language - Proven record in change management - Strong planning and problem solving skills - Inovative and visionary thinking - Motivating and inspiring personality - Strong commercial and negotiation skills - Excellent communication persuasive skills - Client focus combined with strategic capabilities Offer: - Opportunity to grow and realize oneself in an international company - Possibility to work independently and apply own suggestions and ideas - Positive company culture based on respect to the employees and their work - Annual bonus (based on financial results) - Mobile phone and laptop - Language courses and other trainings - Company events - Very nice and new working environment in a city center - Flexible working hours - Meal vouchers Start is immediately.
